Mr. P. Rudran has over 40 years of management and leadership experience in reputed banking and financial institutions like RBI, IDBI and SIDBI. He was Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Asset Reconstruction Company of India Ltd. (Arcil) for a period of 3 years where he managed the strategic and operational aspects of the Company. Prior to joining Arcil, Mr. Rudran was the first Managing Director & CEO of ISARC, an ARC sponsored by SIDBI group & major banks; before that he was associated with SIDBI as its Chief General Manager and headed various Head Office departments, besides heading / working in the Zonal and Branch offices of SIDBI and IDBI. He is M.Com, LLB and CAIIB with diploma in Industrial Finance. Mr. Rudran was also a member of the Working Group on Rehabilitation of SMEs constituted by RBI, and a consultant to GTZ, Germany for a brief period.
Mr. Rajeev Krishnan with more than 38 years of experience in Investment Banking, Credit Risk Management, Retail Operations was Chief General Manager, Stressed Assets Management Group in State Bank of India, India’s largest Commercial Bank where he successfully handled a portfolio of INR 300 Billion (INR 30,000 crores). He has rich experience at Board level having been of Board of several companies. Heading the Stressed Assets Management Group of State Bank of India, his key functions included formulating policies at Corporate Level for management of Stressed Assets, Resolution of high value NPAs/Written off accounts and handling Credit Risk involving credit risk assessment, internal / external rating as well as monitoring risk. Prior to the role, Mr. Krishnan was President & Chief Operating Officer, SBI Capital Markets Ltd. and was responsible for overall operations of the Company reporting directly to MD of the the wholly owned Investment Banking subsidiary of State Bank of India. Mr. Krishnan was also part of various committees at SBI such as High Power Task Force to monitor NPAs, Credit Policy and Procedures Committee, Identification of Willful Defaulters Committee, Grievance Redressal Committee, Central Management Committee, Corporate Centre Credit Committee etc. He successfully developed and implemented Early Warning Signal System designed to detect stress at very incipient stages and take steps to resolve stress early.
Mr. Pramod Mitra has held various positions in Bank and was heading management of Non-Performing Loans, recovery and legal Division at the corporate office of Punjab National Bank from June 2007 to Sep 2009 as General Manager. He has various important positions including that of President, PNB Centenary Rural Development Trust and nominee director at the Board of Arcil.
Mr. P. R. Nayak has over 38 years experience of public sector banking with Corporation Bank. He was heading the Corporate Recovery at Corporation Bank and was instrumental in driving the NPA recovery strategies at the Bank. He has held senior positions in Inspection & Audit, Treasury, Investment & International Banking Division. He has served on the Board of the Regional Rural Bank (RRB) as nominee Director.
